“We have used Edgar and his people for the past 3 years for at least six or eight different painting projects between inside the house and outside. They are fantastic. Prices are reasonable, but more importantly the quality of the work is incredible, his employees are hard-working individuals that take time to prepare and protect your house, and they stayed on schedule and on budget. I'm not one to do a lot of reviews, but he is exceptional and I welcome the opportunity to recommend him for others as they do their own due diligence.“

“Let me start by saying that I give a good rating not because of the construction company anything did. We had several glitches due to the manufacturer of our front door entranceway that caused large delays and multiple trips for us to Delaware (we are not fulltime resident) to complete everything. Our frustration was shared by Anatoly who perservered throughout and adapted to what the Masonite company presented. He kept us informed of what was happening. His work is good and his price was very competitive. Despite the frequent setbacks caused by Masonite I would still recommend Solid Construction for any work. I would recommend shying away from Masonite products due to very poor customer service.“

“We lost some siding on a windy day. The estimator was able to come by the next day. He observed that the remaining g siding had not been properly fastened and gave us a quote to replace the lost piece and secure the rest of the siding. He had a sample book so we could match the color. The crew came a few days later. They worked steadily and carefully. Our siding is much more secure now. The match is pretty great. They also cleaned up every single piece of material from our yard. Fair price, great service. Couldn't be happier. We will use them again!“

“Roger responded quickly to our request for a quote and it was very reasonable. The installation of our kitchen cabinet and sliding door went very well. We will gladly use him again for any future work. We highly recommend him.“

“Had my roof replaced 6 yrs ago. I am now experiencing my 3rd leak which has ruined the ceiling in my bathroom. This leak was repaired by T.H. White right after the roof was put on. It appears the repair was done with caulk. The second leak was found in the utility room. Water was pouring in. Mr. White tried to charge me for the repair. After a screaming match and threatening to sue the charges were dropped. Very poor workmanship.I contacted Mr. White in regards to the leak. Chris contacted my right away and reviewed the leak. They were back the next week to correct the leak and repair the damaged ceiling. I am satisfied with the repair work.“

“They are the absolute best. I highly recommend. We are so happy we chose the One Call Team to build our new home. They did it all and involved us in every intricate detail of the construction process. It was a long haul and a complicated project; it went so smoothly and turned out so well. Whatever minor issues we had were resolved quickly and painlessly with so little stress in the process. That far exceeded our expectations.

You know you’re with the right people when you walk into several suppliers and when they ask you who is doing the project, you hear “James is the best. You have a great, honest GC” or “Khara is so good at what she does. You’re so lucky she’s doing your kitchen!” She was so patient with us in the design and build of our kitchen and it looks fantastic. Mike from Stevenson Brothers flooring is great. They did an outstanding job all around. I heard the same accolades from the suppliers about Mike and his team. In fact, one day, someone stopped me when they saw the Stevenson Brothers truck and just said “that’s a great company with great people.”

They are all such great people and interestingly, we’re going to miss seeing them so often. I loved walking around with Mel hearing about how he was going to accomplish the next phase of the project.

“Rob and his team installed a walkway over marsh, pier and dock. They provided us guidance and expertise with the permitting process and the quality of work is top notch. If you need marine work done I wouldn't trust anyone else.“

“This is a good location. Close to beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. It is a long walk but a nice bike ride and easy car ride. The pool is really nice here, lots of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. Beautiful complex with ponds. We'll maintained. Our townhouse that we rented was very nice.“
