My relationship with Rice's started February 2024 with a house watcher coming in and seeing mice droppings in a couple of rooms in our newly built house. Our absence gave these critters a clear invite to make themselves at home. Called Rice's and Larry was sent in a couple of days. This man was a godsend. I was out of state and he and I communicated by phone.
