I recently found out I had unwelcome guests in my home - snakes and mice. It was especially terrifying because I have a phobia of snakes. As soon as I called Wilkins Wildlife, they made me feel calm and secure. Even though they were completely booked the week I called, they squeezed me in urgently. I am very grateful that they adjusted their schedule to fit this in and for their excellent customer service. When Austin arrived, he went above and beyond to assess the situation, get to the root of the problem and prevent the snakes from returning. I feel so much more calm and secure knowing the job was done impeccably by Austin and Wilkins Wildlife. I want to especially thank Austin for his exceptional customer service and professionalism. Wow. What great service. Not our first with this company. We have 2 zones. Our 1st floor air conditioner went down on us. We called at 8:00 in the morning. They were there at 10:30. We had a bad capacitor. Back running by 11:30. Great job K&B

We recently had our master bath completely remodeled by Coastal Bay Construction. A beautiful new shower was installed, along with new cabinets and quartz vanity. Due to a few hiccups the remodeling took longer than expected. The entire young team, including the Owners (Dustin, Stephen); Team (Jake, Brian, Josh and Mike) worked with us to complete the job. All of the guys are professional and polite. They all work well together, end results good quality craftsmanship. We need our guest bath remodeled, and would hire them again. When I tell you he’s the HVAC man. Hes the HVAC man. Day night midnight he’s always made hisself available. And REASONABLE ‼️‼️‼️ y’all stop using these big companies that charge a arm and a leg and you STILL HAVE ISSUES LIKE I DID. I called Marcus and it was fixed and I never had a problem again after paying hundreds elsewhere he fixed it for not even a hundred. Anddddd the best part he explained to me what was wrong, showed me the parts explained how it should function prior to just replacing it. Thank you Marcus. Thank you!!!‼️‼️

I have been going to Ms. Patsy since I was about 5 years old, so now about 28 years. Even when I moved away, I scheduled appointments with her when I was going to be close by, for myself and my children. We had a root ball from a tree grow into our pipes leading to the septic tank. That was found in the process of Pumping our septic. They came out last minute, on a Friday, 3 days before Christmas and on the cusp of a weekend. Not only did they snake it to find that root ball, unsolicited, but they decided not to charge for the extra little bit of last minute effort. Most places would charge an hour's labor for it. They also gave a solid recommendation for someone to come a replace pipes that would get them up to code for our 35 year old pipes. We already have them saved to our contacts and will be scheduling our next Pumping with them.

A huge "shout out" to Tabvon Sabb and his crew at Moving With Care! This is the second time we've used his company to move. The first time was in May of 2018 and they came all the way from Delaware to Pennsylvania to get us safely loaded up and moved all the way back to Delaware! A lot of long distance travel for them. They took care and pride in their work, were very nice and helpful and were VERY careful with all of our belongings! Today (Dec. 2nd, 2023) they moved us for the second time from Lewes, De. to Millsboro, De., only about 9+ miles this time. It was great to be able to see them and use their services again! We still got the same kindness, helpfulness and great care with all of our stuff! As a last minute request we needed them to show up a little earlier than we expected due to getting our truck rental back. Tabvon and his worker showed up extra early for us and we really appreciated that a lot! We would HIGHLY recommend them to ANYONE who wants great service with a great moving company!!! This place is great! Small, clean and quiet! Despite its size, it has everything you would need. The owner Rich, is the kindest man as well, and the atmosphere was always so friendly and welcoming. Sadly I am moving to a different state, so it’s going to be hard to find another small gym that is even half as great.

Me and my wife stopped in at the show room of window world of Delmarva and were very impressed with the customer service and the professional staff. We just had our design consultant John Michalik look at all of the windows and door that needs replacing. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the the products that window world of Delmarva offers. John took the time to explain all the options and showed us how the windows and doors are build and how they will be installed and answered all of our questions.
