My brother passed on May 31,2025; I contacted them on Saturday they met with us that Monday we sat down with Aldo DiNatale the manager to make the arrangements I explained that
We had a small insurance policy, I was not sure it would be enough, but he made it work, there was even some leftover that I could give to my niece, (my brother would have wanted that).

my niece was had been upset over the passing, that she left the meeting early and I didn’t convey the proper information for the death certificate when I found out what I had done

I am sorry my niece blamed the funeral home they were not at fault they did everything proper and Professional to help us.
