Shawn was great, especially doing a job I'd hate. He found and explained a complication clearly, and then took care of it all quite cheerily. Yup, I'd go with Shawn again without reservation. I recommend you do too, no need for hesitation.Service: General repairs
I had Shawn do a SMARTblind install. We had some issues with the manufacturer's product that caused some issues with install. Shawn was extremely professional and worked through all of these issues over a number of weeks with me. He took time to research the product that I purchased and made the best of a bad situation. Ultimately, Shawn got the blinds installed and working and really went above and beyond in the service I originally requested. I am very happy to have found this company and look forward to using them again in the future.
