We just had our dining room floor replaced by Room Flippers and are so happy with our decision to go with them. Their prices were fair and their turn-around time was amazing; we got our floor completed in time for the holidays! Previously, this was my least favorite room in our house and now I think it will be one of my favorites! We had white carpet and had Room Flippers replace it with solid handscraped hickory hardwood. I just wanted to say Thank you very much for all your help during the process of remolding our stairs. I want to especially thank Billy for his hard work and dedication to his profession. He was very pleasant and thoughtful of our home. We genuinely appreciate how incredible you and your team are towards your work! Nicole was wonderful, concise and prompt with her responses and explaining their process. Joel and his installation team were knowledgeable, professional, and very conscientious about their work. If you have a budget they will do their best to meet it.Overall satisfaction—they are fully invested in getting your project done and having you feel good about it!
