I was in this store several times over the course of a couple months (because I'm indecisive, not because there were issues). Pretty sure I met everyone who works there during these visits and I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone was. They helped me find a flooring that would suit my needs and was in my budget, and made sure I had everything I needed in my order without overselling on installation tools and accessories. I ordered online so I could go through a cash back app and got a phone call to schedule pickup less than 30 minutes after clicking submit. I gave the store a high score for several reasons: Selection, Quality, and Service. Terri Mercado at Store 004 demonstrated exceptional knowledge about various types of flooring, providing me with samples. Moreover, she has been diligent in following up on my order to ensure it arrives on time for my project. Such dedicated service is becoming increasingly rare in retail establishments nowadays, I can't wait to receive my flooring and install in my home!

Outstanding customer service. Al and all his coworkers are extremely helpful. They never pressured us while we were shopping. They answered all our questions. They made purchasing our flooring a breeze. They also made the return of the extra material we bought. I couldn’t recommend them more.
