Rich and his crew are awesome and very knowledgeable people. Rich came out and gave an honest and extremely reasonable estimate. He was very thorough and professional. He was on time, open to questions and ensuring I understood his explanations.

Scheduled us in less than week after we accepted the estimate, his guys were great. They were on time, did clean and fast work. Very respectful crew and made sure to keep everyone in the loop as for time.

Finally, the system runs great. We got a Daiken Mini Split Heat Pump System 2 Zone and let me just say, the immediate difference I felt was perfect. We went from having absolutely no AC/heating in that section of the building to feet kicked up on my desk and the room stays at a cool 68 degrees ?! “I have been so incredibly unhappy with peninsula oil services, from putting faulty parts in to only have to replace again in a year, absolutely no customer service skills( they simply don't care) exorbitant prices... “Our toilet was leaking water into the flooring around the toilet base. I telephoned Eashum first thing on a Monday morning, and was pleased to get a repair window of 12-2 that day. The tech arrived well within the window, and quickly went to work, diagnosing the problem cause. He asked if I had seen water dripping into the crawlspace below the toilet. I advised him that I didn't think so. To completely examine the issue, he took the time and trouble to go into the crawlspace area (not a lot of fun, that), and discovered that when the toilet was flushed, the dripping began. The complete repair was soon finished. For all the he did, the price was quite reasonable. And, here's is something of note. This same toilet had been repaired for the same problem a couple of years ago by a large and well-advertised firm. My wife was home while the repair was made, and those doing the work replaced a number of items within the toilet tank (which were, in turn, only a few years old, and clearly did not need replacing). They also advised her that the toilet was several years old, and probably would need replacing soon, and they would be glad to provide estimates for the job (!). With Eashum, there was none of this. The entirety of this experience with them easily earns an "A+++++" rating, and my future business!“
