“We decided to build a new house in Ocean View, DE, and we decided to go with Tyme Builders, rather than a builder that was "local" to the immediate area. We knew the strength of their reputation, and we had seen previous projects. We were very impressed with the quality of their work, their professionalism, their attention to detail and the dedication to their craft, right down to the cleanliness of the job sites. Beverly, Jessica and Melissa in the offices were outstanding responding to our questions and concerns. The ladies allowed us to pick from their vast selection of products in their showroom or to go on our own and procure the exact product we wanted installed in our new home. This created a bigger challenge for them but they worked it out and made it happen. We have never built a home before, and they were there to guide us from the very beginning and have always been willing to hear our desires and suggestions. The owners Brian and Beverly have been receptive to every question we've had and have gone above and beyond to keep us informed with the progress, by phone calls, text messages, emails and pictures. If I could give them 10 stars I would! You will be in EXCELLENT hands with this family run business Tyme Builders!!I will be sharing more pictures of the outside when the weather gets better for Tyme to finish the outside.“
