This year I had to deal with flooding caused by a retention pond that drains into my creek. New Castle County had a sub contractor "Penny Hill Lawn & Landscape" come out help with the problem PHL&L had two men set stones in the creek. They worked for a week carrying down a slope and hand setting them so the water would not destroy the creek bank. With the two major storms their system worked perfectly. Hat's off to these fine gentlemen.My second encounter was a snow plowing contract for 2023/2024. Chris set Kingston Acres Civic Association up with a very good contract. If I could I’d give this company, at the minimum, 10 stars. They were so much more than I expected. They were so professional and respectful. I had an idea I made the right decision to get them to do the work I needed done when I talked with Linda in the office. She really worked with me and got the everything done in an expedited way. She is just a great person to talk to as well. Thank you so much Penny Hill Lawn and Landscaping!!!!
