Had a flood in our new house day 1. Called Rich at ServPro and he had guys out in an hour to evaluate the damage. They handled everything from drying the area, materials for repairs, and the repairs themselves. They even started the process before our insurance had even processed the claim. Needless to say the job was done perfectly. Jeff Cole, the main repair person, took extra time to ensure that everything was perfect even with some very troublesome flooring. When someone takes out an entire section of flooring they had just installed because the materials were not 100% right, that’s an attention to detail you don’t find in other companies.
