My Service Dog, Blue, and I are here from Arizona visiting family & this was her first big adventure away from home ever in her 4 years... and she ends up getting a UTI. Dr Rosario & her team were absolutely amazing! They treated Blue with respect and dignity, going above and beyond to make her feel comfortable & calm even with her being very anxious thinking she was gonna see a needle or something ouchy like that. Treats, calm talking and positive body language helped her feel more at ease to the point that she not only allowed the exam and testing, but even let her nails be ground down a bit so her booties fit better with all this crazy cold white stuff on the ground...read full review
Amazing staff,techs and Dr's.
I have been with lums pond for many years.I absolutely love them.My dogs always felt secure and loved. They handled all my pets with love and affection. My cat always feels very safe, secure and comfortable. What I love is they are so knowledgeable and use examples of how we would feel after surgery , This was very comforting. I was able to relax . I highly recommend lums pond. They are friends. Love you all and thankyou for all you do to keep my pets healthy.
They always are so freindly and hands on amd have been professionals with all of our pets they have went above and beyond for our old dog who was having issues walkinv to covering all bases with my cat who wasnt feeling well
