Disappointing Experience at Jenny's Nails - Not Up to Their Usual Standards

I've been a fan of Jenny's Nails in Bear, DE, for quite some time. Their work has consistently impressed me, and I've happily recommended them to family and friends. But my most recent visit was a let down, and I feel compelled to share my experience.

First, let's start with the positives. The pedicure was relaxing and professionally done. My toenails look fabulous, and I have no complaints there. But the manicure? That's a whole different story.

The young lady was Very unprofessional and no customer service skills. The young lady had a nasty attitude and act iI was bothering her. She didn't ever turn the fan on to dry my nails, I had to ask her to turn it on. No help when moving from one location to the next service. I had to try to pick up my coat and purse. UNPROFESSIONAL

This was my first time at Jenny’s and I honestly will not be returning. I gave this rating two stars because my nails actually turned out ok, but my overall experience was terrible.The staff had no sense of customer service and it’s not a comfortable experience. I love treating myself to a mani and pedi for the overall relaxing vibe of both services…. sadly this was not my experience at all.
