I hired this business about 15 years ago. Despite telling the landscaper I had limited funds he came back with a plan and said he "was able to include a few higher priced trees and shrubs". At first impression the invoice looked okay at about $3200, but then there was a second invoice of another $1800. He had deceptively split up the bill into two invoices! And he included a 50% surcharge on all bushes, trees, and whatever he buys for the landscape to provide his "guarantee", which would be on top of his markup on the items. I had Paul completely remove old foundation bushes and install all new he came up with a plan that we realy liked two days later the job was completed plus he trimmed and mulched other trees &bushes that weren't part of the contract we were extremely happy with every thing he did and it was a very fair price highly recommend him to anyone wanting a first class job at great price!
