Impressive, knowledgeable, customer friendly w/good communication. Staff has Heart. I put my cat down recently, the care about the owner as much as the pet Excellent staff. I was impressed during my cats final minutes.
AVC is the best! Dr Shultz is an excellent doctor/surgeon who has taken care of all of our girls for over a decade. Dr Shultz and her staff have always provided wonderful service with intelligence and compassion. I have always been provided an estimate of cost prior to the services provided and so am confused by a few of the posts here. If you can't afford to pay for proper veterinary care for your pet perhaps you shouldn't have any. I could never imagine using anyone else to take care of the three of the most loved members of our family.
This hospital was recommended by my sister who is also a vet - they let me know as soon as an appointment was available in their busy schedule and they were kind, attentive and gentle with my cat. The office is very clean and they answer all and any questions, guiding through your animal's care. I appreciate them greatly and will be returning in future.
