Long waits due to multiple customers complaining about delays and poor service. Alteration work not done on time multiple times. This style has a lot one customer service negative issues.

The biggest thing for me is customer service and good attitude from people who take your order and then your money and give you back your receipt or when you go to pick up your clothes they are friendly and zips people are good that establishment should be, and unfortunately are not anymore.
I’m always treated very well, I’m treated with a smile and “ how are you doing?”— It’s a little thing but it’s actually a big thing.
So many other businesses are not paying attention to this small detail of our person who comes into an establishment and is going to be giving money for services and the very least there should be a smile and

might be different at other locations - but services and pricing varies at this location depending on who you speak with and what day you go in there. Skip this place and find a cleaner that is easy to work with. This shouldn't be difficult. Honestly.
