Will is an outstanding realtor and he was a steady hand guiding me through the stressful homebuying process. He did a lot of things that I think your average realtor doesn’t bother doing. For example, he really listened to my preferences when it comes to a home and left a lot of personal notes for me on various listings highlighting pros and cons. He didn’t pressure me to go outside of my budget at all. He was generous with his schedule. I am a first-time homebuyer and Will coached me on how to win a contract of sale in a competitive environment. We put that coaching to good use, as I made the successful bid on a home that was heavily competed over.
