I've wanted to go to a Chiropractor for a long time, but kept putting it off. Due to my increasing shoulder, neck and headache pain I finally decided to go. I chose Washington Spine and Disc because of my insurance and the location. The office was easy to find and the staff was very pleasant. Dr. Giaten was also very nice and really thorough. I didn't know what to expect during the appointment, but he walked me through everything. He did a detailed exam of my spine, explained all of his findings, and then recommended a course of action. Fantastic office. Staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Gaitan was a tremendous help to me in relieving lower back pain caused by scoliosis, and provided a combination of adjustments, stretches, exercise, and massage therapy that really did the trick.
