Shaina and Marine in the store provided excellent customer service. They were very welcoming and kind, and understood the tiredness of a long work day. As a long-term WP customer, I truly appreciate such great attitude and service.
Wanting a new pair of sunglasses that I probably couldn't pick out myself, I asked sales associate Shaina to help me find something new and fun and different. Creative in her fashion sense while still considering practicalities, Shaina was excellent in her advice, helping me to whittle down an impressive array of both frames and lenses. If you put yourself in her hands, you can't go wrong...and you'll come out looking better for it!
Stopped by for glasses adjustment to tighten/change loose screws for a pair of Warby glasses. There was no wait and the staff were quick to help me without charge right before my train departure.
