By far the best workout in DC. I’m a Physical Therapist and have tried many workouts in the area, and not one compares to the level of expertise you will get with Katie, Burns \\u0026 Garrett. The programming is top notch - well thought out to not only give you a good workout, but to hit those muscle groups that are commonly ignored in other group workouts. They can easily help you modify if something is too difficult or if you are working through an injury. Big bonus - the community they’ve created is amazing. Everyone is welcoming and it’s a group you look forward to seeing every time you go to class. 10000% recommend!

Best workout you’ll find. I tried lots of gyms and workout gyms around DC and nothing compares to WORK. The individual exercises and overall program are carefully thought out to make sure you get every muscle of your body stronger and more agile. Attention to form avoids injuries (so common elsewhere) and the option to choose your own weight load makes it accessible and challenging for everyone.
