Very wonderful experience. Lyly and Alex helped me as a walk in customer. Lyly the manager was very knowledgeable, friendly, she told me about all the wonderful services they offer. Seems like a one stop shop. Staff was very friendly and prices were reasonable. Happy I found this shop on my one day visit to DC. Thank you guys.

Voila is the perfect place to trust your hair with. The staff are not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly, making the experience super comfortable. What I love most is that they use high-quality hair care products, so my hair looks amazing and feels healthier after each visit. The prices are reasonable for the level of service they provide. This will definitely be my go-to salon from now on!

I’ve been a loyal customer here for 2 & 1/2 years, and have no regrets about it. The service is always top tier, and the staff remember every customer. As someone who had been getting nail art done for 7 years, finding a salon with good artists for both hair and nails - and that’s affordable - was a huge relief. I’ll always be recommending Voila to friends and strangers alike when they ask about my nails 💅
