For 4 years Leo and his staff have prepared my taxes and each year I have received excellent service. They are always willing to go the extra mile to provide advice and assistance. Even during the tax off-season Leo has been willing to answer my calls and schedule meetings to discuss my tax concerns. After moving from Washington DC to Maryland the IRS mistakenly charged me an incorrect tax bill for thousands of dollars. The Maryland Comptroller and Washington DC Tax service departments are unable to view each others transactions and customer history, causing great confusion. As a result, numerous calls and multiple document exchanges, between the two entities were required to reconcile their differences. Resolving the ordeal took over two years! However, Leo assisted through the whole process, personally mailing documents and even accompanying me during phone calls with the various tax departments. This is notable because understanding the tax terminology, form types and processes were absolutely necessary when communicating with both Maryland and DC tax offices. As a result, we cleared up over $6,000 in misunderstandings! The Maryland and DC tax offices ACTUALLY ended up sending me a check in the end! Wow. Thanks again for everything Leo!!
