Jennifer’s facial was heavenly. She listened to my skincare concerns and addressed each and every one of them. She was super knowledgeable about the products and gave great recommendations. This human is absolute gem that must be protected at all costs!! I can’t wait to visit DC again and book another facial with her. Thanks, Jennifer!!!

Marcus made my visit joyful! He new I'd be back the next morning to use the steam room so he allowed me to come before the spa opened and had the room prepared for me. It's details like this that make a place special. The steam room is all marble which makes it bearable! Many steam rooms are made of other materials and can be suffocating but this one is the best I've ever experienced. There was also a lovely smell emitting all throughout.

My hubby got me a ritual package for my first Mother’s Day at the spa. Came here on a Saturday and it was busy to the point that some of my things got delayed or forgotten (at least that is how it felt to me). Communication goes a long way. Came here an hour before my massage like the package says for a self guided portion of hydro something. This part got delayed and I ended up only doing 30 minutes of it instead of the hour, at least that is how I felt. By the time I got my tea it was my time for a massage, but the masseuse gave me a moment to finish my tea. We started the massage which was wonderful. I’d go back for this alone.
