I was in DC for work and really struggling with upper back pain. I slept weird or pulled something (because you know, aging) and I wasn’t sleeping well and miserable. I decided to skip some meetings and I can to The Spa at The Warf to get a massage. I had Titus and I cannot thank him enough for what he did. I was in pain and he showed me such kindness. Also, I don’t know how he did it, but since then I am pain free and sleeping so well. I am eternally grateful to Titus!! I highly recommend this spa and, if you can, get Titus as your therapist!!

My wife and I had a 50 min couples massage with Titus and Shaniece. They both were great and applied the appropriate amount of pressure for both of us. The locker rooms were clean and had showers if needed. I would definitely go again
