-Staff not trained - more so a twelfth step opportunity for workers…despite it being PAID. Inexperienced, abusive, and unprepared. Consequences always held on patients when staff “cries” after a patient is disrupted during prayer…….?-to elaborate, my morning prayer was consistently disrupted by Roxanne, a staff member, and then she would tell the manager at that time that I was rude to her by not opening up to her when she would ask me “omg hi Michelle how are youuuuuu?!” During my prayer.
