I have been a customer for over 20 years and finally moved my accounts to another financial management firm. I should have done this 19 years ago. In the transfer of accounts, my new company commented they have never had such difficulty receiving the funds as they did with MS. When I called, I got the run around, incorrect information and people not concerned with making me feel good about entrusting quite a bit of money to them for managing. I wouldn't recommend them to manage your investments.

Morgan Stanley Sucks!! They feel that they can charge you a 100.00 fee for basically having your money in a savings account. Really you should make more than your clients? Thank but I will keep my money in my mattress no need to pay you to hold it for me!

Lost a lot of money dealing with Morgan Stanley, Bethesda, MD. All program trading with no individual attention. Am having difficulty moving my account to a much better broker. Same broker created a huge tax bill for my family without any counseling.
