My husband and I found the Exercise Coach on Connecticut Avenue a few months ago. We just love coming for the 20 minute sessions. It is amazing how much you can get out of these smart, well planned sessions. All the coaches are very good!
I enjoy keeping my body healthy and fit. The workout pushes me while I receive gentle encouragement from the friendly staff. Not too much of a time commitment for a whole body workout.
I have been a member of the Cleveland Park Exercise Coach for 2 years and am very happy with every aspect of the experience. The high-tech equipment is very effective for strength training, the staff is experienced and friendly, and scheduling is very easy. Highly recommended.
