“Really happy I stumbled upon Bluebell over 2 years ago now - I have fibromyalgia and scoliosis that I manage through different modalities, including massage therapy, & so have been to a variety of practices over the years & Bluebell has outshined all of them.
My first appointment was with Ms. Bruna, whose warmness/kind energy made me immediately feel comfortable. Her skillfulness as a massage therapist is facilitated by her deep knowledge & wisdom of the body, & addressing musculoskeletal issues from a holistic framework, which is always a relief to find among practitioners when you're a chronic pain patient/client. I've had appointments with other massage therapists when Ms. Bruna wasn't available & they similarly possessed a deep understanding of myofascial pain, muscle & joint stiffness, & the human body more broadly - and also had a warmth and compassion to them that made each visit a positive experience.

I also want to note that the reception staff have always been incredibly kind to me, & understanding when I've had to cancel last-minute. It's clear the practice works because of the staff working cohesively as a team.
One last note is that I live in the area & I love my neighborhood but can attest to how loud the intersection the practice is located near, 14th and Spring NW, can get - I've been continually impressed by how relaxing and soundproof an environment the staff have been able to create there regardless. I can't recall a single session that was disrupted, even briefly, by shit going down outside - and for folks who don't know, that's no small feat.

I've also gotten great waxing here from Nora and other staff, as well as a very vigorous masssge by Linda. Linda also included cupping in my massage at no extra cost because she thought it would be helpful for my very tight back muscles. The space is very relaxing and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend, especially for facials!“

“I just had a massage with Kaye and it was the best massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot). She is calm and quiet but is so talented. She asked the right questions about what I needed and then went to work. Her style is similar to a traditional Swedish massage but she is really strong so she gets to much deeper layers of muscles. Despite being so strong the massage never hurts. It’s just bliss and my body feels so much better after. I was even falling asleep during it. The oils are nice and the atmosphere is really nice. I wish I lived here so I could get a massage every week. Do yourself a favor and get a massage from Kaye. She really has a gift for it and you will be thankful.“

“On 10/12, my husband and I had an incredible experience at the hotel lobby after such a stressful day.
The entire staff treated us like royalty, from the moment we walked in through the doors.

There was a tall female host who greeted us warmly and seated us promptly. I believe her name was Lila or Lilly.
Our waitress, Senit, was great and made excellent recommendations for try.
After dinner, my husband wanted to college football so we sat the bar and we were treated to some crafted delicious cocktails by the bartender Teddy.

“Gene was great! I love Aura spas because the vibe is so relaxing (once you get through the gym), they really take care of you, it's affordable, and they can often see you same day. Gene really got into a trouble area on my neck, while still giving me a 45 minute full body massage. Not easy! I was sore the next day, as you expect, but he gave me good tips to help counteract that. Gene is really good at mixing Thai massage elements (moving your body) with deep tissue. Gene is best if you're looking for deep pressure, not necessarily a gentle touch. Loved it and will be back!“
