I've been a tenant of Dave's for years now and could not be happier with him as a landlord. Since moving in Dave has always been very responsive and, while there's been little maintenance I've needed since the home is in such great shape, whenever there is he handles it immediately. I've heard absolute horror stories from friends about their experiences with their landlords in DC and I'm so appreciative to Dave and his professionalism. Something Different Contracting did a wonderful job building a sunroom on the back of our house. We hired them because of Dave’s expertise, responsiveness, and transparency, and we appreciated that throughout the construction process. Our project manager Amilcar was on site quite often and was awesome to work with - always helpful and patient when questions or hiccups came up, and his crew was great as well. Dave and his team did an amazing job renovating our basement. They delivered the project within a week of the contract time, but that delay was due to our choice of flooring not being available yet. I can’t say enough about the quality, the competitive pricing, the ease of working with them, and the professionalism. We will definitely be contacting them for future projects.
