I was googling shoe cleaning businesses near me and found Sole Wash so I called and the owner answered the phone and told me when she would be at the shop. I went the next day with my suede flats to be cleaned and although it took a little over a month to get them back due to a recent flood in the building, she did a great job. Plus first time customers get a nice discount! Parking is tight on Pennsylvania Ave SE so park around the corner or near Trader Joes and walk across the street (if you buy something at Trader Joes, they will validate your parking in their garage). I've taken several pairs of sneakers here and they've done a spectacular job. I've even had a chance to watch the owner Nichole work on the finishing touches of my sneakers when picking up and the care and attention to detail is unmatched. Customer for life!
