I’m 61 yo and did not like how I was feeling, I could feel my life slowly dimming and ability to go, get around, and honestly enjoy myself. I’ve worked with Tom since 2016 and have never been disappointed. He meets you where you are and would never push you beyond your limits but will instead help to redefine what they are. I found myself doing exercises I never thought would be possible. He’s also guided me through good workouts while recovering from injury and/or surgery in coordination with physical therapists.

Tom is an excellent personal trainer who takes the time to listen and craft personalized workouts. I came to Tom seeking to improve my pushups for a physical fitness test. He quickly developed a workout plan tailored just for me and my specific goal, while taking the extra time to explain the science behind it. His videos are great for jogging your memory for specific exercises when you cant meet individually. He is professional, courteous and highly recommend him.
