Michelle is fantastic! She explained each step of the process to me before starting my laser treatment and set a great example for the technician she was training during my appointment. Michelle checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure that I felt comfortable and answered any questions that I had. I feel like I really learned a lot about the process, much more so than the other hair removal facilities I’ve been too. I also love the price transparency and everyone within the space was kind and welcoming! I will be back.
I definitely recommend Shobha for all your waxing needs! I had a great experience with Michelle. She was so gentle and thorough, she made sure I was completely hair!

I truly impressed with the customer service and overall feel of this salon. I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised.
