I had booked an appointment with a friend, but when we showed up a few minutes early, we were told to wait in the upstairs area. We came down to check on the waiting time once it had been 20 minutes past our original appointment time, in which we were told to come back at 6:30pm or the next day. After explaining that we were unavailable then, we were told that we could come back 45 minutes later. Though this was frustrating, we didn’t have another option given our schedule. If you’re looking for a nail salon that’s modern day with great customer service and a vibe….Queenie’s is it!!! The owner of this lovely establishment is the sweetest and kindest soul you’ll meet especially in her field. She knows her team and their attributes and she’s an extremely hardworking woman that’s out here setting the bar high in the nail industry. My sister and I had an amazing experience and was happy to meet her. We’ve found a new nail home. I’m glad I randomly found this place. Two satisfied customers for the long haul. ❤️

First of all Queenie is such a kindhearted person. My sister and I needed our nails(fill in rather) so we were walking by and decided to try her salon. I’m not going to lie, I get anxiety about getting my hair and nails done because majority of the time the person serving me gives me opposite of what I asked for then I’ll pay for something I hate and suffer in silence. I’m new to the DMV so I’m building my beauty go-tos. Rachel was awesome. She shaped my nails perfectly. She is very particular and pays attention to detail, her and queenie who finished off designing my nails. I got EXACTLY what I asked for in the picture I sent her.
