I don't want to write this review because I really respect the owners and workers, but I also don't want anyone to spend their money unnecessarily.I went in last Friday for a gel mani. Two days later, Sunday, my thumb polish chipped all the way off (both thumbs). I went in to get it fixed, which is great that they do that. Much appreciated.Then, today, the index fingernail on the left chipped all the way off. And the one on the right started to chip.They don't allow refunds, which I totally understand. The staff was kind, the space was clean and my toenails turned out perfect BUT my gel manicure did not last a full 24 hours. I went back the next day with no problem from them to fix it BUT the next day 2 more nails chipped and the third day an entire nail polish came off. I mean I would look down and just see stuff day after day. I live in SE and go there for massages so continuing to go back was not worth it for me. I have never experienced anything simiular from any other shop and will probably never go there again because of the distance and the not so great manicure.

I love this place! They are nice and really take the extra time to get it right, I’ve never had my SNS nail or regular polish pedicure look so good for so long. Great foot and hand massages too. I will never go anywhere else after I finally realize they are simply the BEST.Services: Pedicure
