I recently had the pleasure of working with Tory Hummicutt from Protect the Investment as my home inspector, and I couldn't be more pleased. Tory's expertise and professionalism for home inspection were evident from the start. His approach was thorough and personalized and he ensured I understood every aspect of the condo's condition before I decided to move forward with the purchase. He provided practical, hands-on advice and made sure I felt confident in addressing the issues he found. His patience made the entire process feel stress-free. This experience was truly invaluable.
Could not recommend Protect The Investment more. Tory was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything in a very clear and easy to understand manner. We felt much more confident in knowing the full story of the house after this inspection. Would happily use this company again.

How do I give this business a 10 out of 5 rating?!?? I have feared all the responsibility of owning a home for a really really long time. But here I am jumping into the market and buying my first home.Protect The Investment is the ONLY home inspector that my amazing realtor works with. A family member advised me to choose my own home as opposed to going with the inspector that my realtor works with. I’ve had a great experience with my realtor so I did a little research.
