We had one great experience with PMDI, and one terrible experience with PMDI. The instruction in 2020, even during the pandemic and even for a toddler, was fantastic. However, there was insufficient communication when the program was run through our elementary school.We were thrilled that our school offered class during aftercare last year, but management of the program was unacceptable. There were times when not every child was taken from aftercare into class. If you unsubscribed to their general email list, you didn’t receive any notification specific to your child’s class. Hidden gem! Sooooo glad to have been referred here. They have a really comprehensive set of classes, so there is something for any child of any age or skill level. I wish I had know about them sooner!!

Princess Mhoon Dance Institute is one of the best experiences of my daughter's life! It was definitely worth the trip to leave the comfy confines of our Southeast DC home each weekend for the class and the fun. My daughter really enjoyed the dance lessons and the family atmosphere that exists there. I loved the big performance at the end of the season... of course I have the disc. Also, it's worth mentioning that Princess Mhoon is not only highly personable, but is also quite the professional and an incredible instructor. It's more than worth the money - with her extensive background, it's a steal! My younger daughter is next!
