I am deeply grateful to Precious Memories Funeral Home for their exceptional service during an incredibly challenging time. Although I never thought I would be writing a review for a funeral home, I lost my granddaughter recently, and Mr. Payne, who handled everything for my family and me, was an absolute blessing. Precious Memories Funeral Home (PMFH) came highly recommended by a distinguished member of the Coalition of Concerned Mothers. All of the decisions I had to make for my son’s unexpected passing were overwhelming to say the least. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service throughout the entire process. Their pricing was fair, transparent, and definitely an exceptional value for the money. My experience with this company for my dads service was nothing but amazing. Daniel, his wife Manouchkha, Rev. Ginger and Jason, handled us and my dad with care and respect. They explained everything clearly. Kept me calm when I was anxious and feeling overwhelmed. They communicated with the church, Zion Greenbelt so I did not have to worry about coordinating parties for the service. Burying a love one is hard but you all helped ease my worries.
