I wanted to write a review regarding PNC online customer service. They are the worst very disrespectful and not helpful at all. I went on a trip to Miami and the hotel charge me a different price then what they originally quoted me and charged me for things that i did not receive. When the hotel emailed me my receipt and i seen the extra charges i immediately contacted the hotel and they apologized and offered me a free night stay. I said no the conditions of the hotel i would never return. I called PNC and informed them that the hotel illegally charged my debit card. Started a mortgage as a first-time buyer, received a lot of wrong/incomplete information and had to call and email multiple times for responses to simple questions. Absolutely no help through the process, and stress-causing lack of consistency in the information we were receiving. Very glad we switched lenders, I would recommend staying away.

I had such a wonderful experience there yesterday. I walked through the doors at what had to be 4:59. They were clearly ready to close, but allowed me to come in and take care of my banking needs. This was the second PNC I went to to get a new card printed. The guy who helped me, (I hate I did not get his name) made a new card and made my deposit in literally under 5 minutes! I appreciated the customer service at this branch immensely!
