Amazing and caring group of people. Starting with Dr. Vongkovit the most loving and caring doctor I have ever met, they you have Kay who makes me smile Everytime I see her. Loydian who I have fell in love with, Temesha who bring me back to earth when I am getting my bone marrow biopsies. Jenn, Sadia and Kelsey all a part of my Kaiser family. After 2 years of treatments, I could not ask for a better time to look after me. Fighting cancer is a battle but this group of people are the GREATEST. My experience with urgent care at the Capitol Hill Medical Center, coming in with a pressing eye issue on a holiday weekend, was excellent. The doctor (Dr. Yonathan Habtemariam) and staff (Danielle and others) put me at total ease and demonstrated care and expertise in solving my problem. An amazing team! I went in around 6:30AM Saturday morning and emerged a little over two hours later. This seems like an exceptionally busy place so set your expectations accordingly. You could also call KP's nurse hotline for recommendations and to check on wait times at dift area urgent care centers. I was nervous and reluctant to get my very first colonoscopy! IHATE being out to sleep so I came into the situation A TOTAL WRECK! From the beginning to the end of the entire process, I was put COMPLETELY at ease and well taken care of!: Alex and Monica ("hey friend") are the real MVP's because if I could tell you how I felt leading up to as opposed to getting prepped and ready...you'd understand! The picture is me after Alex and Monica calmed me down! Once Dr. Bell (anesthesiologist) came in and told me how well she was going to take care of me I WAS READY!
