I just moved to Capitol Hill and I needed a haircut. I was able to make an appointment with Elliot the same day and he has such flexible hours (5am-8pm). Elliot is wonderful; my haircut is fabulous and I enjoyed every minute I had with Elliot. I plan to go back for my next haircut and in between haircuts just to say "hi." I recommend Elliot at Opulence to everyone; especially those that live in the Hill!
