I’ve only ever had great experiences with OneMedical. I like the ease of booking and changing appointments through the app, and the doctors and practitioners are always helpful and friendly.
Great office, great staff. Dr. Narracci was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to make an appointment last night for an appointment this morning on the app. The office is beautifully decorated and there was no wait time at all. And randomly, the building it’s in smells so good!
I have had an ongoing issue for the last month and a half, and my nurse (Nyeesha) and everyone else have been responsive and attentive. As with any new doctor's office, I was slightly hesitant and skeptical. After everything, I couldn't be more pleased. As long as there is a One Medical office nearby, they will be my doctor's office.
