Dr.Lazrow and staff were absolutely fantastic! I was able to walk in and was seen right away. The doctor has a?great sense of humor! Needless to say, I'll be recommending this place!

Doctor is great. Staff is pretty rude and dismissive. I have DC Medicaid - the exam is covered, but then they hold the prescription hostage. I do get that as a business, they want you to buy from them, but they do not cover the frame costs, so if I'm on Medicaid I probably can't afford $200 glasses. Sorry for not being rich? I wish they would tell you up front, or just request something reasonable like $20 to get your prescription if you choose not to buy from them. Sad pairing because the doctor is great, but the place is disorganized, overpriced, and just plain rude if you choose not to buy from them. Bruce was great and quick. The male staff at the front desk was rude, disrespectful, and not knowledgeable concerning basic optometry questions. Did not purchases glasses BECAUSE of him
