Unfortunately, I have to agree with the others, just don't waste your time. I was excited about having a black nail tech and seeing her work on IG, I just knew she was going to be IT... Fast forward.. Absolutely terrible customer service. I booked and confirmed an appointment for 2p. I even received a text 2 hours before my appointment as a reminder. When I arrived to the address provided I found myself in a residential area in DC.. no big deal. Knocked on the door, no response. It took a while to find her number but when I called she had the biggest attitude. She told me she was currently on the bus and it would be about 20-30 mins so we need to reschedule for the next day. I think not. You confirmed my appointment, had a reminder sent and couldn't take the time to let me know you were running behind? You hate to see it but I don't play about my time. Found another appointment with another salon same day, needless to say I won't be booking again.

Currently waiting outside the supposed salon for an appointment that was scheduled for 20 minutes ago. Have called and texted and reached out via IG and received nothing. I travelled 50 minutes to get here and am in desperate need of my BIAB redone - huge disappointment and waste of time :( wish I'd looked at yelp reviews beforehand but I follow several people on IG who regularly get their nails done by here so didn't think there'd be any issue

I'm not one to write bad reviews, but in an effort to hopefully save people the trouble - do not book an appointment here. I'm not even sure it's a real shop versus an entire scam to get your credit card info. I show up to my 10 AM appt to the address indicated online/reservation confirmation email and there's literally no signage so you don't know which unit it is in this building. You literally don't know where to show up. Then the number that's listed on the reservation email isn't even a real number so there's no way in getting in contact with her. Try an email and DM and still nothing. Her Instagram feed shows amazing nails and art work, but nothing about this seems legit. Avoid at all costs. Update: nearly a month later from my appointment - response to my instagram the day of because I couldn't get ahold of anyone - had to share this absolutely wonderful response (photo)
