“As I sit in the chair at M5 now, I scan say that they have consistently excellent service. Every single time they deliver. This is my 3rd or 4th time here. They always keep my appointment and see me immediately, even if I’m running a little late. The staff is super sweet. They offer champagne, wine, etc.

You can tell that the staff here love each other and have good practices.

Trinh did my pedi this time and so far I don’t have a single complaint. They even put the towel over my legs since I’m wearing a dress. Very thorough, very professional.“

“Walk-ins welcome I got there around 11:30am without an appointment and didn't have to wait long. They turned the next walk-in away based on upcoming appointments for the rest of the day so I'm going to take that as a sign that I got lucky and I should make an appointment next time. Vibe Charming Nails is actually charming. It's the tiniest nail salon I've been to and it works. Pedicure quality For me, a good pedicure is one that I don't have to pay attention and when I look down, I'm completely satisfied. This was a good pedicure. Customer service During my pedicure I asked my technician Winnie about a dip manicure. I never had one and I wasn't sure if I wanted a manicure at all. When she confirmed they had the matching dip (Lincoln Park After Dark), I didn't hesitate to move forward with the unplanned manicure. I appreciate that Winnie acknowledged it was my first time and she assured me we could do something different if I didn't like it. Manicure quality The dip manicure turned out great. To achieve closer to the same hue as my toes (powder didn't get as dark as regular polish), Winnie added a layer of gel Lincoln Park After Dark (this made it shinier which is my preference). I'm not sure if it's common to do dip with a layer of matching gel on top but if this thing lasts really long, I'll request it next time. Customer service again I sat next to a woman with beautiful long natural nails. I know nails grow back if something undesirable happens to them, but if I had her nails, I'd be super particular about who I let work on them. Whoever worked on her nails approached them with confidence and the dialogue between them was minimal. I'm sure trust has already been established but this interaction showed me that I'm where I want to be when getting my nails done going forward. Thank you Winnie and Charming Nails for my beautiful nails and the wonderful experience!“

“Have been coming here for a while at this point and I always receive great quality service. I usually get gel manicures - the techs are always thorough in prep and pay a lot of attention to detail. Lots of lovely experiences with Michelle and Michael, they are both super personable and I would recommend either of them. Michael is especially accommodating with nail art requests. The atmosphere in the salon is great, it's always clean and they usually have music/tv shows playing. Refreshments are complementary which is a nice touch. Also really enjoy the early week discount (Mon-Wed). Have included a few pictures of some of my past manicures. Overall, highly recommend. Love having this spot in my neighborhood.“

“I went to Omer Salon today in Georgetown DC for the first time today. My longtime stylist Lyonel Moreau—Lyo—has just joined the staff there. Lyo is a genius with scissors—I’m convinced his haircuts are the best of the best. The salon is a pleasant, intimate space, and the couple who own it are warm and friendly. I was in good hands also with Ayda, who washed my hair today without getting water in my ears—yay! Big bonus—if you call in advance, you can park behind the building!

“I usually don't like to write reviews until I have visited a couple of times and having visited over 4 times now, I feel confident to write an unbias review.

When you go, ask for Tonyce. Tonyce is amazing! I am a regular runner so muscle aches and tension is usually the norm for me, however, each time I visit and Tonyce works with me, I leave feeling like a bird that can fly! Tonyce is so experience, you won't be disappointed.

Another pro is that I can always get an appointment quickly. I go there once a month and I am usually able to get Tonyce especially when I schedule in advance.

I like the Sunna and steam room although I mostly use the steam room before the massage so that the oils penetrate and facilitate to relax my muscles.

The lounge is beautiful, however, if you plan to relax at the lounge, make sure to go early, otherwise, your appointment time could be compromised for lateness. You can also use the lounge after your service.

I used to go to the Mandarin Oriental Spa which is now called Salamander, I have also visited the Spa at W Hotel DC. I started visiting The Willard after Salamander closed and now I can say that The Willard Spa is my favorite.“
