I purchased a Groupon for this company a month ago and have tried to redeem it over a dozen times since then. I've called and left messages, emailed them, and even tried texting, but have received no responses. At the time of writing, there is a note on their website that they are accepting new clients despite the COVID-19 pandemic, so at least their website person has been working in the past few months. If you're thinking about getting the Groupon, don't waste your time like I did. If you're thinking about using them independent of Groupon, all I can say is that their customer service is non-existent, so you might want to consider other options.

I purchased a Groupon for a 2 hour service for this company. I called for 3 days. Each time I received a voice message. I leave my information. I never get a call back. Just a waist of time. If you don't have the personnel to answer live calls and schedule appointments don't waist peoples time with Groupon's.
