Best massage ever. I show them where I have pain or tightness and I walk out feeling 2” taller. I had a sciatica flare up days before my knee replacement surgery. Typically, it takes at least 3-4 visits for my chiropractor to loosen the muscles and realign my back. I didn’t have that much time so I showed the massage therapist where it hurts and I didn’t have any pain that day or the days leading up to the surgery. They really saved me.

Went here years ago and rec it to all my friends and colleagues who are dealing with a pain or ailment. They fixed a neck issue I got years ago immediately!
So glad to see they’re still open as most of DC businesses have closed since the pandemic. Great price and very casual yet professional when I went.

I will certainly go back. I have been trying to exercise more and tightness in my muscles have caused nerve pain. So, I sought relief by visiting Meridian. It's quite firm pressure, but really helpful. This is not a luxury setting, but it's clean and definitely a gem in DC.
