Staff were extremely nice & professional. I go here often I never really have any complaints outside of the wait times sometimes im in & out sometimes it takes a bit longer.
My experience with MedStar Urgent Care was okay. I didn't have any problems waiting to be seen. If you don't want to wait, then you might want to go elsewhere. The staff was great. If have a medical emergency you should go to the emergency room. In life you always have to wait.
I had a really great experience here! The staff were all very kind and attentive. I did have to wait a long time, but that’s to be expected at urgent care. I had my X-rays done, arm splinted and was able to have a virtual consult with an orthopedist, on top of meetings with the physician in person
