Medics USA - Primary and Walk-In Care

I'm from out of town & needed a urgent care clinic. I have terrible allergies & was feeling miserable. I didn't want to spend what time I have left here visiting my daughter's & grandchildren not feeling well. Thank you so much for getting back to feeling well. I can't thank you enough.

I called for an appointment for a lab test and was given an appointment for 10:30 that morning. I showed up on time, there was hardly anyone in the waiting room but still I waited until 11am to be taken back to a room. The nurse took my vitals and then told me to give a urine sample; I had to tell her that this was not a urine test. Then at 11:15, 45 minutes after my appointment and 2 hours after I called to make the appointment, they told me all their test kits that I needed were expired and that I should go to the other Medics USA. They claimed they would call that location to let them know I was coming, but as far as I could tell that did no good, as I still waited over 90 minutes at the second location (where service was even worse, will write a separate review).

Not ideal wait time, but fine, better than Medstar.Though was very happy that doctor was nice, knowledgeable, and patiently explained my diagnosis in detail. Generally a great experience with him.
