Was able to get an appointment on short notice, and after a quick diagnosis was prescribed the relevant medication. Dr. Khurram has been my PCP for over 15 years now and I am very satisfied.
I signed up for a 330pm virtual appointment. I sat on the call for 40 minutes without a doctor showing up. I called their office and she said it’s because I didn’t pay yet (even though I wasn’t prompted). She said I owed $125 because I have not met my deductible (even though I have already met mine for the year). So I paid then she said she would send me another link for 5pm and an email receipt. Link and receipt never came. I created a portal account and sent the doctor a message that I didn’t get a link.

As I am sitting in my exam room I can’t help but notice how inaccurate and unsanitary the room was. Ear wax still on the tools used to look at ears. My appointment was for 1:45 and almost 30 min later I still have not been seen.
