I recently visited MBI Urgent Care on Nanny Helen Burroughs Avenue Northeast in Washington, D.C., and had an exceptionally positive experience. Having a long history of medical trauma from various facilities in the metropolitan area, I was hesitant to visit another urgent care center. However, my visit to MBI Urgent Care was nothing short of remarkable.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the staff at registration. The atmosphere was calm and positive, which immediately put me at ease. Great customer service from the entire staff! Isaiah was friendly by phone and once I entered the facility his professionalism continued. I appreciate the great service from the doctor for my child, and will definitely return.

This is my second Vist and the staff is very pleasant to speak with and helpful. The Doctor is pleasent and really good with explaining to you his findings. I recommend this facility if you want professional services.
